In the case of proprietary PCBs, Today more and more OEMs are using proprietary embedded software or components in the manufacturing of their PCBs. And in those cases we may not be able to repair those PCBs. Unless, the specific component is non-proprietary or the OEM is willing to supply documentation or components.
